2019-2020 Policies:

How to Register as a New Student:
Our parent portal gives access 24 hours a day to reserve spots in a current class.  You will need to complete the student registration form and will be asked to pay the registration fee(if applicable) as well as first months tuition to complete enrollment.  We do advise early registration as classes fill quickly. You can access the parent portal from our website, www.intermixdance.com.

Tuition and Registration Fee:

There is a yearly 25.00 registration fee or 40.00 per family.

Tuition will be deducted from your bank account or credit card that you have on file each month on the 25th of the month prior (ex. September 25th for the month of October).  A late fee of 30.00 will be charged on the 26th if we have not received your payment. A 30.00 returned check fee/declined card fee will be charged.

All registration, tuition, and costume payments are non-refundable.

Intermix will close when LPS closes for weather. If weather becomes a concern later in the day we will send an email by 2:30 pm the day of. 

Any make-ups for classes missed or classes not offered during breaks are to be made up with two weeks of the missed class

A 10% discount  will be given to families who have multiple students enrolled or one student attending multiple classes.

Drop/Add Policy:

You can drop a class at anytime by filling out the drop form (ask Ashley at the desk or your dance teacher) two weeks prior to the tuition due date.  Please place this form in the payment box behind the desk. If no form is filled out we assume the student is still enrolled and tuition will be charged accordingly.  This form can also be used to add a class to your current class schedule.

Spring Show:

All classes are featured in our annual Spring Show that is held in May.  We will require a non-refundable deposit of 60.00 for the recital costume that will come out of your account on file around January 1st.  

Inclement Weather Policy:
Classes will not be held when Lincoln Public Schools cancels due to inclement weather. If weather becomes a concern later in the day families will be notified of any cancellations.
